RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

We do not allow customers to return or exchange products that have been received or accepted.

Returns will only be applicable should the item(s) not be available or if the order has been canceled before it has arrived at its destination or if the product has been damaged.

Should a damaged or defective product be received the customer should provide a picture of the damaged product via e-mail to info@thegroominglab.me within 48 hours of receiving it.
