How does the delivery process works

  • Once our systems process your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

  • After they pass through the quality check, they are packed and handed over to our delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partner then ships your order at the earliest possible time. In the event that they aren’t able to reach/find your provided address, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

trackING YOUR SHIPPED ORDER

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information about your order.

  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is shipped.


UAE Delivery Times and Costs

Free delivery across the UAE on orders above 200 AED. A delivery charge of 20 AED is applied on orders below 200 AED.

  • Dubai

    Our partner courier companies ensures deliveries within the same or next day delivery within Dubai for orders. You will receive a call on the day of the delivery to confirm the exact time of delivery.

Orders made from 10am to 11pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders made between 12am and 9am will be delivered the same day or the next working in case of holidays and weekends.

  • Other Emirates

Our partner courier companies ensures deliveries to these Emirates. Orders made before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders made after 1 pm will be delivered in 2 working days.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You will have to speak with a member of our team for review, please email us at info@thegroominglab.me or contact us via the contact section.

DELIVERY DAYS

Orders are only delivered during working days only  (Saturday to Thursday ). Orders placed on Thursday after 5:00 pm will only be processed on Saturday.

CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS

At the time of placing the order, please ensure the address and phone number is accurate. if you need to change the address our courier partner will give you a call and this can be arranged with them.
